It was the worst courier service ever seen, package reached Hyderabad office on 5th June shipment pending from last 1 mnth, when called each day they are saying that it was in another branch from last week it is travelling between kukatpally and banjarahills, and they are cutting the phones while in the middle of the conversation, when called yesterday they informed courier boy is in leave, and informed that they will send by today first Am in the morning, but when called today they informed that the courier boy has picked all courier yesterday.
When called the courier boy he was fully drunk and he was very rude he updated that he was not paid his salary so he kept all courier with him from last 2 days and not delivered, when called the branch and informed they were responding in the same way, we informed that we can pick the courier if you don’t have time( courier boy - Anji - 9553590334.
