I’ve received a parcel on 4 Apr’ 2011 booked from kharagpur(No. 701657827) containing some documents, a T-shirt and a leather Wallet. The same has been insured while booking the parcel. Now when I’ve received the parcel at Indore, the wallet missing from the parcel, the envelop is tampered and re-fixed with a cello-tape.
The booking agent at Kharagpur is taking no responsibility of the stolen item and even there is no response from the customer care number given on the website.
I would recommend NOT TO USE OVERNITE EXPRESS, it is not at all reliable.
