Totally unreliable and poor service.. generally good companies have motto of doing things as per customer convenience but overnite do it as per their own convenience.
The delivery boy at chandigarh branch of overnite told me that I will come to your place for delivery as per his own convinience.And, if the customer some how is not at his/her place they don’t even bother calling the customer they imply return the product without informing the customer about non-delivery of product.
Atleast learn from some god online shopping websites they have far much better product delivery than overnite "so called overnight courier service". Overnite express should shut down this business.
