I will share with you my experience
I have applied for my PAN card and everything was ok I thaught that my pan card would arrive within a month or so and I was relaxed but more then a month passed by and I started getting worried so I tracked it down and found out that it was being shipped by overnite express limited. I copied the tracking number and searched for my consignment on its website and found out that the shipment has already reached my city 20 days earlier and they haven’t delivered it to my house. I was unable to get any help from the customer care so decided to go to the office myself and when I got there I saw was that there were thousands of PAN card in the office but no one to deliver and when I asked them that why didn’t they deliver it to my house then they said that they wont deliver and if anyone wants their PAN card they have to come to the office and get it from there but they won’t deliver which got my nerves.
Customer service was really bad and no one was up for help.
Staff where as if you want your shipment then come and get it as if its not their job to deliver it to their house.
This was what happened to me so I would’nt recommend anyone to use this courier service.
