This so-called courier service has no control over its own delivery staff. Their delivery person has falsely updated status as "premises locked". I was at home the whole day and this person never really came. He never called, though my number is provided. Did not attempt delivery next day. Instead chose Sunday, which is an official off day for courier services. I followed up with your customer care and even, the Gurgaon local distribution center the whole day. The delivery man confirmed on a conference call that he will deliver that day itself, but still has not delivered.
Don’t trust their assurances - never use it! Unfortunately for me, an Amazon seller used this for my items.
