Whatever you do, don’t ever order any items that are on pre-sale from this company. They are horrible about shipping these items in a timely manner, but at the same time won’t let you cancel the order either. This especially applies to their books. I’m currently trying to get them to either refund my money or ship the item, neither of which this company is inclined to do. Also beware of their best price guarantee.
Next time I pre order any items, it will be from Amazon, as they have a better price guarnee program. The customer service also sucks at Overstock.com and don’t asck for a manager, because they won’t let you talk to one of them, if they even have any. I’m sure they want me to give up and go away, but I will continue to call & email them every day, until either they refund my money or ship my item. It shouldn’t be this hard to get something.
