I have purchased a Oxemberg trouser from Asendas mall in November 2012. Within no time, the trouser became a limp piece of fabric, looks like a pyjama when worn due to its inherited property of wrinkilng. Please note this trouser has been always washed by hand and not machine washed.
When I shared my opinion in FB page of Oxemberg, someone did call me up but only to suggest if I can take back my complaint ! I tried sending protest mail to their mail box under Siyaram Mills (brand owners) but as unexpectedly my both the mails bounced !
So the lesson for me is ’Never buy OIxemberg products - they offer you a poor retrun on your hard earned money’
I wish they spend more money and energy in improving their product quality than on marketing.
