They are cheater and not transparent with their commitments, they dint allow to meet faculty or provide any Demo class to students. Their motto is to just make money by cheating poor students.
They asked me to pay full fees in advance on first day from me so I paid 1000 rs at the time of registration and rest of the fees on first day. I told them that I am a working professional and looking for weekend batch. They told me that they were not running any weekend batch at that time but very soon to start. As an option, they offered me to join late evening batch at 7-8 PM for the time being and later they will align me in new weekend batch.
I agree with it because I was very excited to meet my trainer so I chose to stay there for a kind of demo class but the girl at reception denied me to enter class and asked me to pay full fees first but I not having full fees at that time so I told her that let me enter the class and I will pay full fees after the class or next day. But she did not agree and asked me to talk to owner cum trainer Harish Hoon if he allows, But Harish rudely remind me of institute policies to not allow to enter class without paying fees. I feel it very harsh however I managed to go to ATM to withdraw money to pay full fees to enter in the classroom. I paid them full fees then they allowed me to enter classroom.
As already discussed that I am a working and I have to stay late evening in office so I feel it very hard to manage timings for evening classes so I told them that evening batch is not suitable for me and I can only join weekend batch. They told me to wait for few days and they will call me to inform regarding new weekend batch. Today 2 months have been passed and I am still waiting for a call from them. I have called them several times to remind them but yet no response from them regarding starting of a new batch. I have written many emails but they are not responding. Seems like they don’t care about their students. I can not wait for so long so Now I WANT MY FEES BACK.
