I have recharged my OVI music account through oxi cash for Rs.281 for three months . I have also received the confirmation sms from my Axis Bank about the payment , which is as follows

xxxxx.00 Info: PUR/OXICASH-BILLDESK/MUMBAI/ 180912/14 00 but I haven’t receiver the voucher no from them. I mailed them several times about the issue but the r not responding to any mail.
