Really disappointing

One of the most pathetic website I have ever used. My  complaint # is 140221357.  I called yesterday as my payment was deducted but the recharge was not successful and he rep told me that I will get a call back within 24 hours. NO CALL.


I call next day in the afternoon and rep told me someone would call me in the evening at 8 in the evening as they get the update at that time.NOCALL.i called again and had a word with the most laziest and useless supervisor may be saiyad I asked him what can be done, he sd that I will get the update on monday only.it was really disappointing as after the third call instead of getting the resolution I got one more excuse.R u guys fake or what that you keep on fooling the customer.when I asked him to transfer the call to the manager he sd that his one more useless manager kundan was busy I a meeting. I dont understand that why a so called meeting is more important than the customer.USELESS MEETING WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED.Is this the special treatment that I have got or its the same with everyone? I  asked the supervisor to give me the ceo’s email id so that I can also let him know that what exactly is happening in his company but he refused to give me the same that too on a recorded line. Is there anyone in the company who is working for the customers or everyone is there for their own comfort.waiting for a quick and amicable resolution.
