I made my account with oxigen wallet as they are providing some good cashback on some website.
I loaded money in it within few minutes my account was deactivated for further usage, thus bocked my money with them.
For that I call customer care numerous times, Mailed them n no of times. Best part is that they never picked up the call and replied after 2 months when I constantly followed up.
They replied that as I have made account with wrong information they are deactivated my account and can’t able to refund the money.
I asked them to take my kyc details and activate the account so that I can use the blocked money. They simply refused.In a nutshell, by providing this type of customer care support u will certainly perish in near future.
