Oxigen Wallet a mobile based payment wallet service in collaboration with the much reputed RBL, is nothing more than a crap with no reliability which can help a consumer to transact smoothly.The APP itself loads too slowly even on best of the devices and hangs abruptly while executing any transaction.Customer service of Oxigen is also pathetic, which hardly is competent enough to resolve any query.Using famous personalities to promote the app won’t work untill and unless a better service quality is provided.No reason why Oxigen is fast loosing it’s customer base to it’s rivals who are way ahead in terms of quality.
