First I have to mention about android app whatever you click it will load few minute even you have 4G internet and best class mobile, than result will be nothing. I started to use website for loading. I load this wallet only for they are some cash back offers on ebay. Here is the huge problem. Please don’t loose you money for cash back like me.If I am choosing to pay via oxigen wallet it take me to oxigen in series paisapay->billdesk->paytm. While returning, after amount is debited from my wallet, on billdesk page it shows web page not available.
Success rate of payment is very very poor. I am facing lot of problem because of this. On first attempt of paying I had waited more than 12 days to get the money back. In recent I had tried to pay via oxigen to ebay. I hoped that problem might be fixed because I had the hug conversation with customer care. Again that was failed on same billdesk page. It has been 13 days since I didn’t get my money back. I contacted oxigen wallet they are repeating, "payment from our end is successful if it was failed it will be reflected in your wallet within 7 days". I try to access billdesk website to contact support. Even website not working. I am helpless in this issue. Can anyone help me?
