This is my experince when I visitied Hyderabad first time and I booked OYO Rooms through IRCTC web site. I reached the hotel at 10pm. At reception no one was there to acknowledge and tell me the exact room number. After 10 mins of time , the receptionist came and did the formalities for the two daya stay.
No one helped me to took my luggages to my room. I myself managed to take it. The room was just ok to see. There were no towels, no toiletreis and essential things which a hotel generally provides. When I tried to turn on the AC , I realised that it is not working. Then I called up them and then they shifted me to another room. It was so irritating to me to be in disgust for their faults. My two days stay was not so good expeience there. I must say OYO should set some standard when they are advertising on so huge level.
