Hi friends, Me and my family are on a trip to hyderabad .We had pre booked the hotel for 2 days and arrived 6 in the morning, and been told that check in time is at 12:00. Not mention about check in time while booking time., we have to wait about 5 hours.very upsetting.
The building from outside look is impressive, however the inside rooms is a dungeon.The towels provided by service man are very dirty, Hot waret was not available and the TV was very old, WIFI connection is very poor always disconnecting
Lunch was supposed to start at 1 pm . it was not ready in time.and the place of dining hall is also dirty.All the safe deposit safe boxes were broken.
We have booked 3 different rooms all of them were in the same state.
The housekeeping people should get training by proper trainer.
Swimming pool area could be improved with comfy chairs.
