I booked OYO Premium Mahadevpura(iris inn, Bangalore) for 7-9 dec, these guy confirmed my booking and I already pre-paid my amount, Luckily I called iris inn to check about other services like laundry and wifi as I was travelling on business trip, after listening to my queries iris inn reception guy said "Sir we provide these services to only our guest, you are not having any booking with us"
thn I called oyo customer care on 6th afternoon, these guys were still saying that your bookning is confirmed, then after a 15 min discussion CC guy told me he will talk to property manager and come back to me, but he never called me after 1 hour I called cc and then I asked status, this time it was some new person I told him whole story again he kept my call on hold, and checked with property manager, and he saif sir property is fully booked, we will arrange a call with our complaint resolution dept, I waited again for 2 hours no call and its already 10pm, I called them again they said they will shift me to some other property and get back to me very soon, no calls again from oyo, and I called them midnight again this guy told me he will solve this issue tomorrow first thing.
7th morning I havent received any call till 10am, and I have to checkout from my existing hotel, I called oyo again, they shifted me to the orange hotel(worst service) and said the will give me 700 rs as a reimbursement. this discussion got closed and at last moment they shifted me. to orange marathahlli 7-9 dec
I booked oyo premium mahdevpura, iris inn bangalore again from 10-12 dec, they confirmed my booking again, and again I checked with property guy hotle I fully packed, till 13th dec, I informed oyo again and its already been more than 12 hours no solution so far.
their customer service is very bad, you have to call them every time, they will not give you call,
they dont follow any SLA to resolve problem as in 1st case they took 12 hours and shifted me at last moment, and in recent booking its more than 12 hours no solution
