We booked hotel for long weekend for 25th march in coorg.oyo room turned out to be in LODGE rather than hotel.the actual state of room was very different than the actual picture of room.they gave us room with no ventilation at all.bathroom is having a open window with insects entering, there was only 1 curtain in window it is not able to cover the window properly.we called up oyo to give us room in some other hotel as we booked it thinking it is a hotel not a lodge.
They did not do that neither were they ready to refund the amount we already paid.My advice is never book through oyo .they did not tell you the name of hotel unless you pay the full amount so even you are not able to do any research on your own.Please find attached the real pics of room.
