Dear friends,
Please never every opt for OYO rooms, these people are most unprofessional and fraud. I have booked resort thorugh booing.com for OYO room and I got an confirmation voucher email. when reached the place in evenging traveling 10hrs on rainy day with family, these people said there is no confirmation, we have no communication. and I should contact booking.com. These guys even didn’t bother to find me another room or giving any option. Please pass this information to your friends and family not to ever book any OYO room.
when I called OYO customer care and asked to escalate, the customer care representative told, he cant pass phone to his boss superior. And they cant help me out. If this case would have been with makemy trip or goibibo they would ve given other option and arrangement immediately and resolved issue.
Most pathetic and horrible people, OYO people.i am lodging customer/mental harassment case against them .
