I did a booking using Oyo rooms app and got a confirmation at around 6 pm. Then I got into flight and landed in Delhi around 11 pm. I saw a mail from them that the booking has been put on hold.
When I called the call centre, I was told that its now confirmed. On reaching the hotel the hotel manager told that there are no rooms available there and they have already informed oyo rooms about this long time back. When again I called, the rep said to transfer the call to the concerned department
I waited for more than 10 mins but no one lifted the phone. At that time around midnight I had no where to go and no booking. Had to travel a long distance to another hotel pay double the amount and stay in a run down hotel just because these guys didnt do their job right.
Overall a pathetic pathetic experience
