I had travelled to Delhi and would like to book a room in pahar gunj area. So that we will be able to access tours and travels. Before, I book I would like to have a confirmation on quality of accommodation by calling OYO customer care, then the customer care guy said, He will book a good accommodation for us and I said; OK. and was asked to pay 1600 per room.
Later, I realized, that was my mistake, as the rooms allotted to us not up to the fare. Except, bed, nothing gives you to feel fresh. Every item in the rooms, left you feel nasty.
For, one room, the lavatory was in maintenance, that was disclosed to us after we complained about it.
We have everything to count, but, nothing to feel.
