Bad experience

I booked a Oyo hotel in 18th Jan for 13th Feb before a month but without any information they shifted my book to another hotel. At the time of Cheakin hotel staff refused to Cheak in due to Oyo payments detail.I waited for 2 hours at lobby than I will extra money at the reception counter for Cheak in which I already paid before a month..   That was very bad for me I will not do any another booking for the Oyo.
