We planned a trip to vijayawada and booked room through OYO online. by the time we reached vijayawada it was evening. strangely and to my shock , I found cockroaches in my room.i immediately called OYO Customer services and explained the issue. they told they'll change our room and made us to wait for an hour by keeping the call on hold. since it was midnight we had to disconnecte the call.
worst conversation next morning:
the next day morning I called OYO Customer services and ask for a proper reason for the previous night call.there was no proper answer which made me feel bad.since the allotted room was not good and the customer services too.i asked for refund for their no proper services .i told them that I have visuals proof of cockroaches presence in room give to me and am not bluffing to OYO. but to my shock he ( customer service ) with roude voice he told that I can do whatever I can do with the video and disconnected the call.
i had no other choice than paying the balance amount and leave the place.
i really had a very bad experience with OYO.
