If at all you are in a situation to book oyo rooms, never pay the amount in advance. They will show you some offers and all to make you pay. If you pay in advance, your money is gone. Recently Ive been fooled couple of times, one in Cochin(the property itself was not available to check-in) another in Hyderabad(they said room is no available and denied my check-in and OYO helpline said they dont have any other property to reallocate my booking). Even after 1 week, Im still spending 1 hour phone call to their customer support for my refund, which is still pending. They simply say, we are investigating or escalating to higher management and all, but nothing happens. every day Ive to explain the same story to a different person handling their customer support line. Pathetic customer support!
