I am the very frequent user of oyo rooms, I use it once or twice in a month for sure. And I always prefer OYO because of service and support I experienced from OYO.
I acn share one incident when I went to delhi and I had booking already in OYO but when I reached there in the hotel around 2am at night, representative said hotel is on maintenance and no rooms are available, I said wtf? I have bookings for tonight and your saying.! He said we have already informed to OYO but they are still accepting bookings for our hotel. Then I talked to OYO customer service and they said it was a technical issues and they immediately booked another hotel for me which is double the rates of my booking because there were only one room available at that time. So I went there happily.
