I have booked one single room for 8 Feb to 9 feb with the amount of Rs. 1498 oyo
Hotel name: lake bloom recidency which the hotel manager have not getting any information from oyo company about the booking.
The transaction was done and refunded of money is not happening until now 19 Feb..
I’m very upset with the company when we asked about refunded they have been replied that it will be done..which is not done until this day 19 February.
I’m Strongly upset
Not going to use again this app...
