Very Poor Service by this online hotel Booking website, Recently booked a room for my guest in mumbai, where it was straight mentioned that a complimentary breakfast and a kitchen acess will be available. But No Breakfast nor Kitchen access received for the guest a bad impression of my towards the guest, contacted these OYO Customer Care support agents but they directly closing the issue without hearing. Very Very Bad Service.
