I booked hotel in Vizag on Dec 10th 2024 for a vacation on Dec28th. Agent asked to make the half/partial payment which I did. I planned my vacation accordingly and while I was on the way, one hour after the check -in time, oyo sends a message that the booking is cancelled. The same day on 28th Dec they gave 3 other bookings and all were fake. My family with kids, were running between the hotels at 11:30pm to 2:30 am midnight in vizag a new place and no relative there.
THAT ONE STAR IS TOOOOO MUCH for OYO. negative stars would perfectly suit.
