I have booked one room at Bhubaneswar through OYO and received confirmation Throuh WhatsApp.I rechecked the status with OYO Cust care and hotel manager before my flight leaves Chennai.but when I reached The hotel at 2245 , they informed all rooms sold out, my booking cannot be entertained .when I called OYO, they put my phone on hold more than 20minutes and no solution.on my third call they hold me to book again in some other hotel and sorry for the inconvenience.Dear friends, do not believe the OYO claims, book by Trivago , via, ibibo like some reputed firms.I booked through Trivago and got a wonderful room at par with OYO rate , with excellent quality and service...
