Very bad service

We have been to bangalore and wanted to stay for some days about 2 days at bangalore we went with family so wanted a good hotel so we decided to book a hotel at oyorooms and made the payment online only but the problem with the oyo room is that they started to argue with us saying we did not payed the amount we showed all the transaction details to them after that also they took all 2 hours to confirm our payment and made us wait for 2 hour it was really a horrible experience from the oyo room people, will never recommend this to any one
