Think 1000 times before opting with Oyo total holidays. These guys will make you run from pillar to post once you do the payment. Firstly non arrival to your destination you are made to check in the respective hotels but once you are about to check out you are being made to clear balance 50? of the room charges (charges were already included in package). Even the cab driver doesn’t get his due payments and will request you to please get his dues paid else he will threaten you to stop the trip midway. Sometimes there are hotel changes & you are being transferred to literally a chawl type area as replacements. To top it up, their phone assistance is worse you have to wait atleast 30mins to get them on phone. You’ll speak more thier executives on your holiday rather than enjoying your holiday. Save yourself & your family members before booking with them. Doesn’t even deserve one star
