Hey Guys, I made booking on OYO apps few months ago in a particular city, But when I went for the checkin in the hotel the manager is saying as we are not accepting bookings from the oyo, after that I talked to their guest experience manager he assured me that we are shifting to another hotel they shifted booking but the second hotel said we cant give room in this much amount, after that I again talked to guest experience manager they said we are extremely sorry sir we are shifting to another the third hotel also said for the we are not accepting bookings from oyo. Then they shifted to another hotel unfortunately they also said we cant give room by oyo and guest experience manager was on hold he talked to the property manager and they have given me accommodation on payment of cash thanks to oyo guest experience manager who listen me and worked on my issue and refunded my money. But the on ground oyo team is worst they should be updated with their listings on app.
