Pathetic oyo , not sure if they have lost all market value and paying there employees, did 2 bookings and both hotels even when booked 2 months in advance were changed on last date to pathetic once which were 40 Km apart , response from customer support - we will cancel booking and refund your amount, boy, what am I going to do with my kid middle of night with refunded money, all you would do is spend your vacation talking to them, ill make sure none of my known ppl will go through oyo ever.
