I have booked room in chennai few days back for a work for 3 days. My experience was terrible. When I have reached , there is no board of oyo , so it took a while for me to find the room. After going there is no one at the reception , so I called oyo service and complained .After complaining the reception person came after 45 mins.The worst thing is they dont care online bookings .He asked me to book again offline and pay more where there is a discount online. As I dont have time to argue woth him , I paid him the amount and left to room. There was dust everywhere and there were bugs in the bed .There was no electricity for half of the time. There was a bislery bottle which is opened and filled with normal water which he denied to replace .The next day for a complimentary breakfast , they gave single poori and again denied to give extra inspite I accepted to pay more . There is a single reception person and he is not available at any time and the service is terrible.Its very far from centre and I think there wont be any safety for women . Its very lonely and the person is least bothered about customers. Next time , although hotels are a bit expensive go for it , oyo rooms are terrible and it will spoil your whole trip, thank you.
