I have booked hotel in Faridabad & during my visit they refused my booking and told me that we r not accepting online booking pay 1000 Rs. Then we will provide you room and deny to give bill too. Oyo has make lots of call but they hv no value of oyo. Oyo booked another hotel for me &same thing happened there too. They didn’t pick oyo cse call and taken 800 Rs. Extra by me I paid because me as female because of those bulshit time was night 8:30 PM of winter , I thought to pay otherwise I have to stay on road for whole night. So Summary is that in market Oyo has no value now. Hotel Managers are doing as they want with customers. So I strongly suggest to all that don’t book your hotel thru oyo rooms.
