Hi guys. I had very bad experience with Oyo recently in Kolkata. Please don’t book any hotel rooms with them.
I booked room through oyo in Kolkata for 3 days 20days prior so that at the time of arrival I don’t face any issues. When I reached Howrah the Hotel person called me and said to pay the full amount on urgent basis I said that on Oyo app it’s said pay cash on arrival. I denied to pay online I said when I will reach the hotel before check in I will pay and will reach your hotel with in half an hour he said no you have to pay now otherwise I will cancel your booking I said him that wait for half an hour will reach their and pay the full amount he said no you have to pay now I again I denied he said I am cancelling your booking and he hung up the call and cancelled my booking and he speaks very badly with me it’s was a horrible experience and I am requesting all of you please don’t go on reviews the all the reviews on app was fake but I am suggesting not to Book any hotel through OYO app you will get stuck any any time.
