Worst experience of my life,
Cheated by Oyo, first of all Oyo changed my booked place without informing me and then,
A moisturized room with dirty blanket, pillow, toilet and a TV which was not working provided at a different place. (photos attached)
Even when I complained regarding the same to the costumer care of Oyo,
They seems as they were confused and inexperienced to deal the issue, even they were cut off my phone call several times after listening my issue.
Even after this discussion they cancelled my entire booking in night, and asked me terrif of 2 days just for a single night,
I wasted my entire day in dealing with these helpless
I faced this issue with Oyo 3rd time in last 6 months.
I was a customer of Oyo from last 7 years and After this experience I decided never to book room through OYO, even deleted Oyo app.
Please be aware, advise by my side is to avoid these cheaters. Don’t waste yours precious holiday and money in these nonsense matters.
