Wish I had an option to change my room.
Hi all here I am writing Truth about Oyo rooms services and staff.Few months ago I booked 3 rooms for 6 guests and I paid 2k for each rooms.I and my family went to a trip to Himachal.I booked it through Oyo app which sucks everytime.When we reached at the property they told us we do have any existence with Oyo.No longer partnership with oyo.if you had booked it directly through us then we would have provided rooms to you.I had paid all the amount to Oyo then I called oyo, There were 5 people who were just transferring the calls to other person and again and again I shared my concern with 6 people.
It took 2hrs on call but did not get any appropriate resolution from Oyo.I myself know how it was difficult for me to standing outside with my family.No solution at all...
Very very bad services and hotel staff told us why would you pay that amount to Oyo.Hotel members are not getting amount from Oyo.That is the reason they denied to provide rooms to me.
Do not dare to book rooms though Oyo platform. Ritesh is playing with every customers..
