We had booked a room in Calangute hotel code 9411 for 5days in the month of December from 22nd to 26 the.However before check-in we were downgraded to another place which didnt have any amenities which we had booked for. On enquiring we were told to either accept it or opt for a complete refund. Our booking ID BTZP2763. We obviously opted for the complete refund of RS 11748/- It was told to us that the refund would be made within 7 to 14 days. After a month too despite repeated phone calls and mails there seems to be no sign of the refund amount. Each time we are told theres been a technical issue the refund would be again processed. Till date there has not been any progress
