They are just cheaters. Booked aroom at shirdi 3 months bach.On contacting hotel before 8 days of journey i came to know that, the hotel had cutoff ties with oyo.Then on contacting oyo , they are ignorant about it. And shifted my booking in other hotel. Again due to some problems of their side , they shifted my property to other location and , i was asked to pay double the amount , i had paid during initial booking
They are are very much unprofessional.Please refrain from OYo to avoid last moment harassment.
Surprised to deduct rs- 299 for cancellation charge, without any fault from my side.
So friends, please avoid oyo
