I booked Aman Guest house , yoyo no.11593 from 15th December 2022 to 16th December 2022. Property Manager did not allow me to check in. I talked 6 times with yoyo executive. No arrangement was made. After 2 hour I have to pay 2.5 times than booking amount. I got only booking amount refund. Never booked such hotels...unethical and hopeless. Sorry doesn’t make one’s problem over. Company being fraud, Government should sent their top pers8on to jail
