Never ever book a room from OYO. They advertise false rates on their site & App. One never gets a room on the rated they give. Then they make you wait for hours & the issue doesn’t get cleared. The staff is not at all helpful & the biggest excuse is that their systems are down. OYO IS A BULLSHIT COMPANY. They want to transfer you to different hotels where again the same hassles continue.PLEASE A BIG REQUEST NEVER BELIEVE OYO. ITS THE WORST APP EVER. I AM DELETING IT. PLEASE EVERYONE DO IT. If there was a negative rating, I would have given it - 1000.
