Booked a oyo room one and half month back and it was worst hotel experience in my life. I had booked a oyo room one month back for my family trip to Silvassa, Daman. I had booked 36 hrs in advance and paid for it. Before 6 Hrs of Check in I got a message that my room has been canceled. I was shocked and called their helpline number which has very high calling charges. I was told the system has automatically checked in and then checked out. Since my booking was cancelled we made some changes in our plan. I gave oyo another chance and booked another room. To our shock when we went to hotel for check in the hotel receptionist said all rooms are full and no room is available. I didn't knew whether it was truth or not. We were forced to find another hotel at night and search for a new hotel in a new city. The hotel we booked was not as good as one I booked from oyo but it was okk. I communicated to their customer care till 2.30 am midnight for refund of two bookings. These people dont chat over email because they fear that customer has a written proof of whole case. Many other websites have email communication available. The chatbot of oyo apk is totally useless. I does'nt properly establishes communication between customer and executive. Its only for name sake. I got refund after three days of communication in my back account. But my freecharge and other coupons were totally wasted. People just tell oyo is good but through other people's reviews and my personal experience I would not say oyo as trust worthy and reliable website for a trip, picnic etc. My precious TIME, MONEY and ENERGY all got wasted by trying oyo. Also got scolded from my dad since few charges were levied by bank. Oyo is not a reliable website. We cant trust it full for our planning our trips.
