I booked this hotel(with Booking Id: AVZW5483) for my wife(Miss. Parul Gupta) on the 6th of January for 11 to 12 Jan. 2020, but when she reached this hotel on 11th Jan, 2020 evening(Near about 7 to 8 PM), they told no booking is there. How it could be possible? I called OYO customer care but they said all rooms are booked and not available now.
I totally socked…. then why they generate confirm booking id on the 6th of Jan.
She is ladies if any mishappening happed in night time then who should be responsible Hotel wale ya OYO wale.
shale Kuchh paisa ke liye hotel and oyo dono apana iman bech de rahe hai.
This is totally unethical.
