1) repeatedly cancelling a booking only to continue emails about a reminder of stay and payment
2) eventually phone them night before final day of free cancellation.
3) "of our systems are down so you cant cancel therefor you must pay"
4) "oh I see. while I am here may I pay for an added night to my stay over the phone?"
5) oh yes of course we can book you for another room right now on our computer system!"
6) I see, now can I cancel my original booking now that you have just told me your system is working?"
strangely enough this was met with "please hold"£ for 15 minutes and disconnected.
shady 10/10 would not recommend. cancelled my bank card and the booking will be cancelled after 48 hours of no payment for room(supposedly)
You gain £0 OYO but I will forever ward others from using your hotel and pronounce your hotel in conversation with sheer disgust.
Seriously if you are reading this far down into my review then you dont fully understand - AVOID THIS "HOTEL" its almost a scam
