I have booked a room in Hyderabad in OYO rooms app. I have done the payment but it showing sorry your transaction failed. But the money debited from my bank account. I retried the payment process it again showed the same message. I have made a call to customer care. One of the representatives took the call and said sorry for the inconvenience we will refund the amount in 5 to 6 working days once we received. After one month I got my money refunded in my account. I am very much dissoppointed with the mobile application and customer service.
