Very very clumsy

My booking was done instantly. After I checked out, I asked hotel personnel to provide invoice. They said OYO will send. I called OYO more than 15 times, they just keep the call on hold. And the call gets disconnected after 15 minutes. I have written mail to all their customers care mail ids, but still no response. This is happening from 4 days. I am unable submit the bill in office, since it was official tour. I’m really fed up of these people and young to suffer a loss because of OYO’s clumsy attitude.
