It is complete harassment by OYO studio stay team in Kolkata to refund my security deposit. Literally no body in the team knows anything about status right from Sales to Accounts to Operations team. I have been forced to curse the day why I chose OYO studio stay in Kolkata. Entire team is unprofessional. They are not able to retain their service partner(Means the owner of place of accommodation). In just 2 months time.both parted ways. I was not even offered any other accommodation by OYO person after that.
Sense of customer service is toally missing. I have been fooled for more than a fortnight on the pretext that my refund of security deposit has been processed & it will be reflected in my account in 7-10 days. I dont know.what kind of transfer was that which took that long time.After passage of 7-10 days.new communication came was of 10-14 days. Surprisingly.none of the senior team members came in to help me on this inspite of the fact that matter was escalated to them.This reflects DNA of the comapany w.r.t. customer service.
By end of 24th Jan17, I am still clueless about my refund. I not sure whether OYO intention is to refund my money of linger on the topic for sometime till I surrender & stop follow up with them.
I would request Mr. Ritesh Agarwal(Founder of the company) to re-engineer the process. Also.to chuck out those rotten apple who are taking customer for ransom.
This entire episode has been a true learning for me & I an sure that I will never go for OYO for my future stay.
I would request mouthshut.com team to help me to reach my message to Mr. Ritesh Agarwal so that he can know ground reality of the operations.
