[UPDATE]: After the escalation posts on FB, Twitter and Email, the management came into action and I got immediate response from their State operation manager Prasad and the store manager Rajesh. And voila! within the next 2 days my suit was ready and delivered to my satisfaction. Thanks P N Rao for not letting my trust in your brand break. Hope the future customers wont be facing similar situations.
This is regarding a suit order placed on your Jayanagar, Bangalore branch [CR16/451] .
I wanted to raise a complaint and escalation regarding this branch w.r.t their service. The order was placed on 23rd October and I was committed by Rajesh(the manager) within 15 working days, it will be delivered. When I called on 5th Nov, I was told by Bhavya that they havent received the fabric till date and the order will be delayed to 10th Nov and I will be definitely getting a call for fitting by 8th Nov.
On 10th, as I didnt get a call by then, I called them myself and inquired. To my surprise now they are saying they cant deliver today as they havent received the fabric yet. And this they came to know today itself. My marriage is on 20th Nov and till now my suit is not ready.
I discussed the matter with Rajesh and he has again committed for 11th Nov. Completely disappointed by the service and the fake commitments. On top of that the Sales Lady cum Designer expert Bhavya is so unprofessional in handling the customers. She thinks as if we are paying for nothing and she doesnt owe any responsibility towards the customer whom she handles. She replied, there is no guarantee. What kind of professionalism is this?
I therefore wanted any superior from P N Rao to get back to this issue and take necessary action and requested to either provide the suit with perfect finish by 11 Nov [As I didnt needed any hurry-burry work to ruin my look on my special day] [OR] provide me the refund as I didnt had time left for anymore stories.
