Unfair hospital in all aspects

One of the worst experience I had with PSG hospital ever, when I visited the hospital on 9th Sep ’11 at 8 PM. My uncle was suffering from giddiness and we being panic reached PSG hospital thinking that they might cure the problem and do a better service. We reached the emergency section of the hospital as there were no other docs available on their main block. My uncle was treated only at 11 pm after waiting for 3 hours with a few unnecessary tests done. We have no clue what the root cause of the problem might be, so are the doctors. They were just interpreting wrong things, which a common man like me could understand that its a wrong decision. The problem is related to neurology and they were asking doctors to attend the patient from Ortho and ENT. The doctors from Ortho and ENT checked my uncle and said why are these people suggesting us to attend him. After we shouted them to do some treatments, they asked their Chief attendent to check the patient. At last, he asked us to admit and said these symptoms are unusual for us and we need some time to observe and come to a conclusion. As we did not have any other choice at that time(1 am Sat), we decided to admit him. The next day they asked my uncle to go through a lot of tests including (Urine, X-rays, Ultrasonic scans, etc). And, finally as we all were expecting a specialist from neurology walked in at 6 pm Sat(10th sep ’11) and asked a few questions to my uncle to know the route cause. In just 5 min, he understoods the scenario and told the symptoms my uncle was facing, which we all were surprised that the doctor is pointing out crystal clear.

He says that the report that were taken are all waste and does not even bother to look them and scolded the assistants that they were all wrong interpretations. The sooner we heard the advice from the neurologist, we decided to discharge. When I said the attending nurse that we need to discharge, she said that this is not the time to discharge and they would decide when to discharge us and this decision would happen only on Mon(12th sep) when the chief doctor comes. Finally, we argued and filled in a form for the force discharge quoting the reason as "not satisfied with the service". They charged us 7000 rupees for nothing...

When I searched for a complaint box, there were no forms available to fill in that!
