I went for a consultation in Gynaecology department and realized that I need to spend my whole day waiting to see the doctor..Because to put token itself the staff was taking more than 2 hours...I don’t know what kind of job those staffs are doing if we ask some people are violating the queue to get token they say that is our job to ask those people to follow the queue..I got completely screwed with that reply and complained to customer relationship manager about her behavior and left the hospital without consulting the doctor..
I would suggest all pregnant ladies visiting this hospital to go for a better hospital where they will value your time and your health..
Even a small clinic will do better in token system than this PSG Hospital.
